JJ2  Has something named Clans.

Every clan has got his Boss, the creator.
When you join to a clan, you get better stuff than being without one.
You can know secrets, train, make clanwars, get friends, etc...

And here the clans I know for now:

NC (No Clan) Second name: NOONE - This clan has a very long story, Fabian, the creator, got this idea for a revolution in JJ2.
The best number of members was around 30.
Is a good clan and ally for MG.
